Small-Cap Portfolio: 1 New Buy + 1 Reinforcement

A new stock with a huge potential has been added to the small-cap portfolio

The performance of the small-cap portfolio has been highly satisfying so far. Since its inception at the end of February 2024, the portfolio has achieved a return of over 25%.

By focusing on business models, market potential, key metrics, and value in the selection process, the portfolio has delivered strong results. Out of the 12 current stocks, 6 have returned more than 30% since the initial purchase.

Today, I identified a new stock of interest. It has been on my watchlist for months, but as a micro-cap, I was hesitant to add it to my portfolio. However, the company's August results were very compelling, so I decided to take a position. Given the company's small size, this is likely the most speculative investment in my portfolio, and I plan to keep the position small for now. I expect a TSR above 18% a year.

I also increased another position and will share some names on my watchlist along with their price targets.
